• To detox effectively we need a plentiful supply of them. • Metal-Free dosage should start at 1 spray per day. Gradually, over a few weeks, increase the dose to 8 sprays a day as long as you are feeling well.

If you get any detox symptoms: fatigue; flu like symptoms; or constipation; reduce the dose by 50% and make sure you are having daily bowel movements, taking adequate protein, drinking enough water to urinate 4 times a day and taking your multivitamin/mineral supplement once the symptoms clear, you can gradually increase the dose again.
