Metal-Free and Body-Detox Orders:

Metal-Free and Body-Detox are perishable and heat sensitive products. Since UPS does not use climate controlled shipping, they must be shipped "Next Day Air" in warm months (May - October) and can be shipped "2nd Day Air" in cool months (November - April).

Metal-Free and Body-Detox Next day orders placed after Thursday afternoon UPS pick-up are held until Monday to ensure the product is kept out of the heat and not sitting in a hot UPS truck over the weekend.

Damaged items:

If a shipment you receive is damaged, please contact us. Be sure to notify and document any visible damages to your UPS delivery person.

All returns (of items other than supplements) must be returned un-opened and in the original packaging. You may return the package by a carrier of your choice including the U.S. Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express. It is recommended that you insure the package and require a signature confirmation for delivery back to us. We cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive or that arrive damaged due to shipping.

What Type of Information Do We Collect?

When you register to order products we collect your email address, a password you create, your name, company name (not required), address, phone number and fax number (not required).

Some items sold on BodyHealth.com are available only through a practitioner.
If you are registering as a practitioner we also collect your office phone number, salute/honor, assistant's name and professional certification information so we can verify your practice.

At checkout, we pass your credit card number through a Secure Socket Layer to Verisign. We do not collect, store or have any access to your card number.

When you submit a question to customer service, we need your email address to respond, and you also may provide us with additional information to help us answer your question.

Our policy is to acquire only lists of people who have indicated that they are willing to receive email offers. Also, each time we send an email offer, we provide you with the opportunity to opt out of receiving future email offers.
