Most of America has bulging waistlines and getting worse.
A hundred and one diets have been designed to handle this, yet few are successful in the long term. A cynicism over the whole subject has naturally occurred. In fact the word diet and fad are so closely linked that its hard to hear about one and not think of the other.
There is a cause behind this situation. It has not been addressed before with any prior diets, because the solution has not been available before.
We have found that people have cravings, and overeat carbohydrates because they are actually are responding to their body's cry for usable protein.
Protein makes up the all of the structures in our bodies.
It may be hard to believe that people could be protein deficient, with the fervor over high protein diets. But eating a lot of protein and actually assimilating it into ones body are two different things.
Many who eat a lot of protein cannot digest it and use that protein effectively! As a result the body naturally knows it is missing the most important factor in the diet and cravings arise. You are hungry for a reason, and you have cravings for a reason- you are deficient.
Your body is correct in that it knows it needs something. People respond to these cravings and eat..and get fat!
Why can't people use the protein they eat?
Either they don't eat quality proteins, or they can't digest or assimilate the protein that has been eaten.
There are many causes for this. Some take prescription or over the counter medication that blocks stomach acid. Protein cannot be digested without stomach acid. Others don't make adequate amounts of enzymes in the stomach and pancreas to digest protein.
What if we were able to provide a protein source that needed no digestion, could be in the blood stream in 23 minutes after taking it, had less than 4 calories for a portion equivalent to a large chicken breast, and could in a matter of weeks replace the missing protein that the body is craving?
