I remember exactly when I started taking MAP. It was 3 years ago, right before I raced my first half Ironman at the Florida 70.3 in 2008. Ever since then,
I truly believe that MAP helps me recover faster and keeps me healthy. Since 2008, my freinds tease me that I am like a fine wine... I am getting better with age.
This year, I decided to add the Florida 70.3 on my schedule. This would be my 3rd 1/2 Ironman of my career and I was anxious to see if I have improved. The day started out rainy but turned around by the start of the race. I am exited to say that I had a PR for the day and cut 24 minutes from my time in 2008. I won my age group(40-44) and was the 2nd overall female amateur of the day. MAP is a key element to my overall success. Thanks for making such a great product!

I was recently asked what 3 items training/triathlon items I can't live without. Immediately I said MAP was hands down my number one thing that I can not live without!
I am constantly on the go with my two boy's activities, working full-time, trying to maintain my training and finding time to spend with my husband.
My weekends are nonstop from when I get up to when I go to sleep.
MAP allows me to get the necessary amount of protein each and every day. I rely on MAP to help me recover faster so I can be prepared for the next workout. There have been a few times that I have accidently run out of MAP. I noticed an increase in soreness and recovery time.
MAP is an important part of my day to day life. I couldn't live without it!
