Winner at Interlochen Music Triathlon (1sth Male 60-64)

I have been using MAP for about six months and the results have been great.

I am 60 years old and for the last 5 years I have been competing in team events, endurance events and adventure races. This summer I decided to get back into triathlons.

Since adding MAP to my training I have noticed a quicker recovery after hard workouts and great race results.

Since January I have competed in triathlons, duathlons, two endurance trail relays, running races and for the first time the State Masters Swim Meet. In my last triathlon, the Interlochen Music Triathlon (7/15). I placed 38 overall out of 300 competitors, and won my age group by 28 minutes. This is typical of the results I have experienced since adding MAP to my training.
