And do you want to do all of that without adding calories, without feeling bloated, without gaining unwanted weight, and using a natural product your body can easily absorb and use immediately?*
Well, there is a secret to this. And it has to do with a precise ratio of amino acids which are much better than traditional protein for building lean muscle, for recovery, for energy and for much more.
My name is Katie Premac. I'm a personal trainer, massage therapist, nutritional coach, live blood analyst and mother.
I've been lifting weights for 15 years. I've participated in competition level hockey and surfing, and recently took second place in my division at the Muscle Beach International Classic in Venice Beach, California
I also attended world famous holistic colleges including the Pacific College of Chinese Medicine and the Academy of Natural Health where I studied traditional chinese medicine, sports massage and many other techniques to help athletes recover, relieve tension and stress, decrease pain, increase mobility and reduce injuries.
I'm not trying to brag, but to show where I come from and what background I have.
I love working out. I love feeling the burn in my muscles after a long set or pushing through my next ceiling to achieve a new personal best.
I also love working with people, helping them to achieve their goals, both physically and in competitive sports.
This is my life. And I love it.
But I had a problem...
The same problem pretty much everyone has when training and trying to increase muscle but stay lean: The frustrating yo-yo of bulking and cutting.
To bulk I had to work my butt off while I overate and packed on pounds of muscle and fat. To cut I had to work even harder to get rid of that extra fat, all while trying to keep as much muscle as I could...
And then I got to do it all over again... Yay.
And I didn't like the sugar highs and lows I would get from various supplements, sometimes high with artificial energy and others times sluggish, or what some of them were possibly doing to my insides.
There was just no way to do it smoothly. To get enough protein for recovery after a long workout can require near toxic levels of protein and a lot of extra stress on our digestive system to break it all down. Not to mention the bloating from supplements like whey.
But not getting enough protein after a long workout can be just as bad, with loss of muscle mass and exhaustion, along with a good heaping of lowered immune system. Not to mention the mood swings!
I had to change something. Not just for me, but also my clients who depend on me.
I've tried everything. And that doesn't mean I didn't get results with it. Take enough of even the cheapest protein supplements and you'll get results. But you'll get other things along with it: gas and bloating, indigestion, strain on your kidneys and excess fat.
But I tried everything. Everything the supplement companies came out with. Everything everyone else was doing. Everything the top bodybuilders suggested...
Until I learned the REAL science of protein creation and utilization... and what many of those top body builders were taking when the cameras weren't rolling: Essential Amino Acids.
And that's when things changed for me.
The Essential Amino Acids are called essential because your body cannot make them on its own. Instead, you have to get them from the food you eat.
They are: phenylalanine, valine, threonine, tryptophan, isoleucine, methionine, leucine and lysine. (Histidine isn't included as that is only essential for infants, but able to be created by adults bodies on their own.)
Why are these so important?
Because these 8 amino acids make up over half of the protein in your body. And if any of them are depleted, it significantly effects muscle-building, performance and recovery, and can even prevent it.
After I found out about these I started using 10-20 grams of EAAs or more per day, before, during, or after workouts, to increase muscle mass and prevent muscle loss during fasted workouts.
Using these I even gained muscle during my last cut while getting ready for the Muscle Beach International Classic (where I came in second in my division I might add!).
And I'm not the only one taking it. I found out tens of thousands of people already take this every day, many of them in some of the most intense sports there are such as the Ironman Triathlon where they take it throughout the race and after for endurance, prevention of muscle loss and fast recovery.
Protein is the workhorse of your cells.
Almost every function in your body depends on protein from digestive enzymes to your tendons and ligaments, bone density, neurotransmitters, hair, skin and nails and even your endocrine system. You name it: these are all made of protein.
There are about 50,000 new proteins in the body, pared or newly created, every day.
And every protein is made of amino acids.
Just think about that for a moment. If you injure your hamstring, but don't have enough protein, it can't heal. What if you sprain your ankle or pull a muscle in your shoulder and can't get enough protein? Will it ever fully heal? Or just linger on? What about your internal organs and all the stresses we put on them? What happens if they don't get enough protein?
And on the other hand... What happens if they do?
So, if you lack essential amino acids, you won't have the building blocks you need and everything in your body suffers. It's that simple. Your body simply cannot build or repair itself without them.
Protein is the foundation of your body. But amino acids are the building blocks of protein.
If you were to think of protein as a bicycle, then the different parts of the bicycle would be amino acids: 1 frame, 2 wheels, 4 brake pads, 1 handlebar, and a chain and a seat.
So let’s say you needed to build a new bicycle and were provided with 1 frame, 7 wheels, 9 brake pads, 3 handlebars, 2 chains and 4 seats, how many bicycles could you make?
Only one because despite having many extra parts, you only have enough of the individual parts to make one.
Now, whereas with a bicycle you could just store those extra parts for later, when it comes to the body it doesn't work the same way. The rest of the parts (amino acids) would go to waste and this can actually be harmful. But we'll get into that further on.
So, what happens if you were to try to run your body without any amino acids or not enough? You would either experience muscle loss as your muscle tissue was broken down or you would suffer from poor recovery, repair or heal more slowly, have less energy and worse mood.
In fact, that would be just the start of it.
On the other hand, if you DO have all the amino acids you need, everything works as smoothly as it should.
You recover faster and better, injuries heal faster, you build lean muscle more efficiently (and KEEP it), your brain performs at a higher level, your appetite cravings lessen. In short, everything is optimized
Now, eating too much protein comes with its own problems. It can kick you out of Ketosis, the optimum state for fat-burning. It can also accelerate aging.
But even worse, most protein is NOT efficiently digested.
Remember, when you consume protein, even whey or collagen, it isn't immediately used. No matter what it was, it gets broken down into amino acids.
But the way most of these protein sources are formed, your body can only use a fraction of the amino acids in them to create new protein (only a few bikes but lots of spare parts).
The rest of the "spare" amino acids are eliminated as waste, which causes it's own troubles, as this can be very hard on your kidneys and intestinal tract.
In fact, I was shocked at how inefficient most protein sources actually are.
Protein utilization is a measurement of how efficient a protein source is. Remember, it takes an exact combination of the essential amino acids to make one protein molecule, too much of one or more and that 'too much" goes to waste.
Well, it turns out that different protein sources contain different amounts of essential amino acids and so give more or less amounts of useable protein than others.
And it may come as quite a surprise just how little of the protein we consume is actually absorbed and utilized by our bodies.
This chart shows protein utilization percentages vs nitrogen waste (what the amino acids turn into when not used for protein synthesis).
Surprising, right? Who would have thought it was so bad?
Whey, soy and casein are the worst with only about 18% being utilized.
Meat, poultry, and fish are next with 32%, and eggs top them at 48%. Definitely better.
Breast milk is the best, at 49% utilization, which makes sense.
And the formulation of amino acids I use? It's 99% Utilized.
So when you use it, virtually every bit is utilized by your body to create new protein. Plus, there are almost no calories or waste when compared to other protein.
And that's why these EAAs work so well. They're exactly what the body needs to manufacture new proteins, nothing more and nothing less. They're as close as you can come to perfect.
And they're created from only vegan sources, with no fillers, binders or anything else. Just the pure essential amino acids in their proper ratio, and in a form that bypasses your normal digestive process so they are absorbed into your blood stream within about 23 minutes.
In fact, if you take them 20-30 minutes prior to a workout, these aminos are present in your bloodstream to repair micro-tears in the muscle as they occur.
There is actually a LOT of background research on this blend of Amino Acids. This isn’t just “theory” or an idea someone concocted.
Here’s more on that:
It was found that you see significant muscle-preserving effects from essential amino acid supplements when ingested, especially during training in a fasted or ketotic state. This includes decreased indicators of muscle damage and maintenance of a healthy inflammatory response.
This means that if you took some essential amino acids, and consumed nothing else, you wouldn’t “cannibalize” as much lean muscle during a fasted workout session.
It would be the same for working out during or after a long intermittent fast, a bout of ketosis, a marathon, Ironman Triathlon or any other long event.
Then there is the study showing that consuming an essential amino acid mix after intense resistance training actually increased muscle protein growth and net muscle protein balance, indicating that taking these essential amino acids post-workout may stimulate faster muscle repair, recovery and growth.
Another study showed the potential for these Essential Amino Acids to cause muscle growth and regeneration because they are a potent rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1) activator (activates cell growth), causing muscle satellite cell proliferation (for healing after injury). This gives them similar muscle building potential as to a large steak, but WITHOUT the large number of calories, preparation time or digestive strain.
Also, as you get older, your muscles produce less, or have a delayed ability to proliferate satellite cells in response to exercise. This is bad, especially when considering that satellite cells are essential for skeletal-muscle regeneration. However, it was found that those who consumed these Essential Amino Acids after resistance exercise had a far greater satellite cell proliferation capacity than those who didn’t supplement.
This is very important, especially if you're interested in anti-aging, since muscle mass and resistance training keep you young.
Lastly, there was a study with a 51 year old female who walked across the Taklimakan desert in China, consuming these Essential Amino Acids as her ONLY protein source. She finished the trek in 24 days after which she underwent numerous tests concluding that she showed no muscle loss and was in excellent health.
BCAAs are three specific amino acids: Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. They are very popular with bodybuilders.
And while there is nothing at all wrong with these three amino acids themselves, there is one simple problem you may have guessed.
There are only three.
But in order to build protein, you must have ALL of the Essential Amino Acids. There isn't a question about this or a special BCAA supplement that' exempt. It's what it is. You can't make protein without all of the EAAs, no matter what some sponsored body builder is saying.
When you take BCAAs, as there is NO protein created, all of it is "spare parts" and gets turned in to carbs which are used for fuel used for fuel and turned into carbs, spiking your blood glucose levels and leading to potentially toxic levels of waste nitrogen which can be bad for your health. In fact, due to this, they can actually interfere with fat loss and body composition goals.
In fact, their utilization rate is approximately 1% (they get 1% due to any other amino acids still present in the blood from earlier).
On the other hand, the Essential Amino Acids in PerfectAmino INCLUDE the 3 BCAAs but ALSO have the other 5, and in the exact ratio that is perfect for your body.
This means that EAAs, unlike BCAAs, have a natural anabolic effect AND don’t spike your blood sugar. This is critical, not only to muscle building, but also to recovery. This means that if you take essential amino acids right before or during a workout, the repair of muscle starts immediately.
"I've taken this product for a very long time. The great thing is, most women after menopause find that their horomones are very imbalanced and life isn't going as smoothly as they remember. For instance: waking up with aches and pains, taking longer to recover from a workout, and they see their skin start to get saggy or not as luminous. I've found with PerfectAmino, I dont have any of these issues!"

Ketosis is a state wherein your body switches to fat-burning for fuel. This is good, but many people who experiment with Ketosis, or carbohydrate restriction, experience muscle loss (catabolism) as a result.
There are two reasons for this: 1) Inadequate levels of amino acids from protein and 2) Many people, in their effort to attain ketosis, mistakenly restrict protein consumption so as not to spike their blood glucose and so be thrown out of ketosis.
But, sticking to a low-carb diet (or if you're trying to fast) can actually be much easierwhen essential amino acids are present.
For starters, EAAs won’t break your state of ketosis, (unlike major food sources of protein, like steak and eggs). EAAs also allow you to maintain and build muscle — something you simply can't do with BCAAs alone.
And, with only four calories in a 5-tablet serving of PerfectAminos, all in the right forms and ratios, and 99% utilized — they won’t turn into sugar and they won’t spike your levels.
Lastly, as PerfectAmino enters your blood stream within 23 minutes, it can be consumed during a strict, fat-based ketosis diet as a primary source of protein throughout the day for energy and performance.
This strategy can significantly help one remain in ketosis while performing at a very high level.
PerfectAmino is the ideal protein supplement, beneficial not only for body building and athletics, but even those looking for the purest protein source for daily health and performance.
Essential amino acids are literally the building blocks of the body, without which the body cannot properly heal. Thus their effect is quite far-reaching.
PerfectAmino is vegan sourced, non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and is extremely clean and pure.
In my practice I am all about detoxification, so it would be very contradictory to have anything other than a clean product.
Take 5-10 grams of PerfectAmino every day. It will be in your system within 23 minutes or less. On days you are doing resistance training, or if you’re not feeling well, take another 5-10. And if you’re training extremely hard, or if you’re recovering from surgery, take yet another 5-10. Just don’t exceed 30 in a day — PerfectAmino is very potent.
Some benefits of the amino acids themselves, to help you with your goals, are as follows:
As you can see, each of the Essential Amino Acids have specific functions for your body. They are very important and you need to have them in your system, ready for use.
PerfectAmino tablets have no binders, coatings, fillers, or anything else — just the amino acids themselves.
1 tablet of Perfect Amino is precisely 1 gram of PURE protein. In comparison, 1 tablet would be equivalent to 6 grams of whey protein, 3 grams of meat protein, or 2 grams of egg protein. But with none of the hormones, GMOs, carbs or calories!
"Trying to stay young and active is my goal and PerfectAmino helps me compete with people half my age! I may not be the fastest or strongest, but I'm out there having fun and feeling good!"

None of this is to say that protein from food is all bad. You should still consume good, clean dietary foods.
But it is important to know what happens to food when you consume it.
There are two pathways in the body. Catabolic and Anabolic. In simple terms, Catabolic means un-used or wasted and Anabolic means simply used.
So when you eat a chicken breast, 32% of the amino acids from it get used (Anabolic). They are broken down in amino acids and reconstituted as new muscle in your bicep, or tendons, skin, etc.
But 68%, after being broken down, are not able to be used (Catabolic) as the necessary ratios of each of the amino acids are not present. These leftovers are turned into nitrogen waste and eliminated from the body.
PerfectAmino is 99% anabolic. It is virtually ALL used.
Start Taking PerfectAmino NOW. You’ll be glad you did.
I am 100% certain you can benefit from taking this perfect blend of amino acids, regardless of your fitness or health goals.
I take it every day and recommend it to all my clients for one reason: It Works.
Try it for yourself and see. You'll be glad you did.
And there's no risk. If, within 90 days, you don’t feel that it works for you, that you don’t have increased muscle mass, decreased muscle loss and the benefits I mention above, they will give you your money back.
How can they do this?
Because it works.
