Do this to detoxify and cleanse the body:
1. Reduce the number of toxins coming in.
Drink pure water at least 1/2 ounce per pound of body weight per day. Non-caffeinated herbal teas are ok, but no other beverages are permitted. Green Tea is a great drink and coffee substitute. Eat only organic fruits and vegetables in amounts needed to keep you from being hungry. You can eat lots of these, 1-1½ lbs per meal. What if I want to go fast?
This point bears repeating. The best detoxification is a GRADUAL one.
If you experience negative effects, feel sick, or are experiencing flu-like symptoms, the detoxification is going too fast. Back off on the Body Detox to the point where you were last doing well and stay at that number for a few days.
Make sure that you are having AT LEAST two daily bowel movements, and that you are drinking enough pure water. Once you are feeling better, slowly increase the number of spray of Body-Detox.
Sometimes when a person is doing the detoxification program, toxins flow out faster than their body can get rid of them. Some people need what we call drainage remedies. These are herbal homeopathics that help the body to remove toxins from the liver, kidney and lymph systems. In this case they may feel tired, achy, or experience flu-like symptoms. If this should occur these things may be helpful:
Make sure you are drinking plenty of water so you have to urinate every 2-4 hours.
Make sure you have having bowel movements at least daily and preferably twice.

Will I get tired during the first few days of the cleanse?
You may, as your body is going through a lot of work to get rid of the stored toxins. Extra sleep or need for naps can be normal and one should take advantage of it.
I don’t want to give up drinking coffee and smoking can I still do the cleanse?
When you are continuing to take in toxins, the program will still work, but it will go slower. You may find that your cravings for these things will decrease and that would help diminish the amount that you use. Just continue the program and you will also experience good results.
Can I really eat unlimited fruits and vegetables?
Yes, in fact you need to eat make sure you get enough calories and your blood sugar does not get too low. Try to eat at least 1 -2lbs of fruits and vegetables three times a day. For example, a couple of apples and a banana for breakfast. Try to eat as much organic as you can, so you’re not adding more toxins in your system while you’re trying to get them out.
I experienced some bumps on my face. Is this part of the cleanse?
The skin is a detoxification organ and sometimes rashes or bumps will appear if the pores get blocked up, or irritating chemicals or toxins are coming out through the skin. In this case, make sure the bowels and urine are working well and you are getting enough pure water.
Sauna increases the skin detoxification so that can be helpful as well. Use of a loofa brush can often be helpful in this situation to gently rub the skin and improve the circulation so these toxins can be released and washed away.
One day I ate some crackers as I felt I didn’t I was having enough substantial food. Does this ruin the cleanse and do I need to start over?
No. Just try to stay on the diet as well as you can. Eating good food is one of the important parts of the program, so try to maintain it at each meal.
I did my normal weekend exercise and felt more fatigued than usual. Could this be because of the cleanse? When will my increased energy kick in?
The body is working hard and excess exercise might be too much of an added burden. Try to keep this in mind. Usually, if you are sticking to the diet, within 3-4 days your energy should really pick up.
I am too tired to exercise? Will this negatively affect my cleanse? When will I start to have more energy?
Some walking and stretching is good. Just don’t overdue it if you are feeling fatigued. If you are in the sauna, that is an equivalent to exercising.
Can I lose weight doing the cleanse and if so, will the weight come back when I go off the cleanse?
Many lose weight, about 3-6 pounds per week. If you continue to eat well, chances are you can maintain that weight. If you go back to a bad diet you are likely to gain the weight back.
Can I drink juice on the cleanse?
It’s better to drink pure water and eat the fruit and vegetables.
My stools are really smelly? Is this normal?
Yes. Bad stuff is coming out and it often smells!
Are bananas OK?
Yes, if you are not trying to lose weight. If you are, avoid bananas.
When do you take the Omega 3 fish oil?
It doesn’t matter what time of day you take it, just make sure you do.
I am experiencing terrible body odor? Is this normal and wha-can I do about it?
Again, toxins are coming out. It’s a good sign. Shower often, continue the program and don’t use antiperspirants. They will suppress the toxins from coming out.
