BodyHealth was founded by David I. Minkoff, M.D., in 2000. In his practice, Dr. Minkoff concentrates on alternative and complementary approaches, with a focus on detoxification and dietary optimization. BodyHealth believes that in order to reach optimum health, you must: (1) reduce the toxins entering the body; (2) increase the toxins and pollutants leaving the body; and (3) improve the quality of nutrition so your body can rebuild and heal.
With this in mind, Dr. Minkoff developed the growing range of products that BodyHealth manufacturers and distributes; these cutting-edge solutions provide everyone with the highest quality dietary supplements.
Our products are developed with, and backed by, a rigorous quality assurance program that encompasses all stages of formulation and production, including sourcing, testing and utilizing raw ingredients and finished products that meet or exceed all potency, quality and expiration requirements.
To honor your commitment that you show whenever you purchase our products, we at BodyHealth are committed to providing supplements with no artificial ingredients, colors, or preservatives. We also offer vegan, gluten-free, GMO-free, soy-free and dairy-free ingredients whenever possible, and are continually working to expand our products with these features.
At BodyHealth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of our products, please call 1-877-804-3258 or e-mail email@example.com within 90 days of your purchase to request an exchange or full refund. We will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately a refund or exchange will be considered at a case-by-case basis.
This return policy only applies to retail products purchased directly from BodyHealth.
One opened bottle of each product is eligible for return; all other returned products must be clean, undamaged, and in the original sealed container for refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Sample items, extended sprayers, gift cards, and open bottles of Kaqun water.
For returns involving BodyHealth discount packages or volume-discounted items, the discounted price is forfeited if the entire group of items is not returned together. Any items not returned will be reassessed at the undiscounted individual product price, and the refund amount adjusted accordingly.
Other terms apply to wholesale customers or resellers of BodyHealth products, in that products purchased with the intention of reselling are non-refundable. For any desired exceptions or exclusions, a request may be submitted for review by the General Manager of BodyHealth.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without obtaining a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted - usually 10-14 business days. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your product was purchased on Amazon, this guarantee is only valid if purchased from the following Amazon sellers: BodyHealth.com, LLC, or Amazzia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Subscribers can cancel subscriptions at any time. Please allow up to 7 days for subscriptions to be canceled. We can not refund any recurring payments that happen within this 7 day cancellation period.
