The Meal Plan

- Take 1-3 Healthy-Thin tablets half an hour before eating breakfast.
- Breakfast – half a cup of berries or half a grapefruit. 10 PerfectAmino (males), or 7 PerfectAmino (females).
- Take 1-3 Healthy-Thin tablets half an hour before eating lunch.
- Lunch – portion of protein and vegetables (from the list below). Same dose of PerfectAmino as breakfast.
- Take 1-3 Healthy-Thin tablets half an hour before eating dinner.
- Dinner - portion of protein and vegetables (from the list below).
- No food after 7pm.
- Water, coffee and tea as required.
- No sugar or artificial sweetening except Stevia.
